Cleora Sterling of Mebane, N.C., was awarded an incumbent workforce development grant by the state of North Carolina. Cleora worked with two other companies in applying for the grant: Eurosoft Inc. and Forward Motion Associates.
The incumbent workforce development program helps to improve core competencies of a company's workforce to improve efficiency and productivity as well as increase the job security of its employees.
