Haworth Inc. recently completed the acquisition of Legacy Furniture Group.
Legacy will continue to operate from its factory in Conover, N.C., under the same management, sales leadership, customer service and manufacturing teams, according to Legacy President Todd Norris.
"We look forward to our continued partnership for a successful 2011 and beyond," said Norris.
