CustomMade.com is an online marketplace designed for custom woodworkers to market their work to the public. Woodworkers can create a profile with images and descriptions of their work, and get access to any leads that come to their own profile.
CustomMade's Mike Salguero told CabinetMakerFDM at the AWFS Fair that the site was started in 1996, and its current owner bought it in 2009. He says there are 3,000 makers on the site, mostly woodworkers but also others such as cermamics producers. The cost to be on the site is $300 a year.
